2. The oil flowing from the bearing has copper chips and is lack of lubricating oil. If the lubricating oil is not clean, check the lubrication condition, and disassemble the bearing of gantry punch for cleaning.

3. The guide rail is too small for burning, poor lubrication and poor contact, re scratch the guide rail, adjust the clearance and pay attention to lubrication.

4. When operating, the clutch does not join or can not be separated after combination. The spring loses the elastic key and the joint clearance of the gantry press spring and the research scraper key is replaced by the excessive tightening.

5. When the clutch is disengaged, the slider cannot stop at the upper dead point position, the tension of the brake belt is not enough, the brake belt is excessively worn, the brake wheel is equipped with oil to adjust the tension of the brake spring, the brake is replaced, and the brake belt and the wheel circumference are cleaned with kerosene.

6. The position of the feeding plate is not working, the position of the feeding head is not adjusted, and the flywheel is turned manually to test the retreat.

7. The connecting rod screw turns or the impact locking device is loose and the rotating locking device is loose.

8. The connecting rod screw ball head is in bad contact with the ball pad gland in the slider ball pad. The gland screw is loose to scratch the ball head, ball gasket and tighten the gland screw.

9. Press the button (on) to check whether the circuit system can eliminate the fault by pressing the button (on) without working power supply and the power failure of thermal breaker.
