Analysis on the causes of continuous punching of pneumatic gantry punch

1. Mechanical part:

(1) Clutch stuck, clutch friction plate wear uneven, resulting in brake is not sensitive, resulting in continuous impact;

(2) The air valve is blocked. If the double valve is used, the two valve cores will not be blocked at the same time, and the single valve will be blocked, resulting in continuous flushing.

2. Circuit part:

(1) If the relay contact of the control valve is stuck, the valve will be electrified accidentally, resulting in continuous impulse;

(2) The control system itself failure, control system program reading and writing disorder, external signal source interference, program logic writing problems will also cause the valve accidental power on and continuous impulse.
