1、 Features of gantry punch press equipment:

2、 Common problems of gantry press equipment:

(1) The reasons for the heating of crankshaft bearing are bad scraping of shaft sleeve and poor lubrication. It is necessary to re scratch copper bearing and check the lubrication of crankshaft.

(2) The debris in the bearing is mainly lack of lubricating oil or the lubricating oil is not clean. The lubrication condition shall be checked timely and the bearing shall be disassembled for cleaning.

(3) The reasons for the burning of guide rail include too small guide rail clearance, poor lubrication and poor contact, so it is necessary to re scratch the guide rail and adjust the clearance.

(4) When the clutch is not combined or can not be released after the clutch is not opened, the joint clearance of spring, brake and scratch key must be stopped.

(5) The reason for the rotation or impact of connecting rod screw is that the ball head is in bad contact with the ball gasket gland. Check and grind the ball head, ball gasket and tighten the gland screw.

(6) The reasons why the press button punch does not start are power supply open circuit, thermal breaker power failure, etc. check the circuit system to eliminate the fault after power failure.
