4、 When the gantry punch motor starts, check whether the flywheel rotation direction is the same as the rotation mark;
5、 The motor can be started only after the flywheel and clutch of the gantry punch are disengaged;
6、 Make the gantry punch press several times of empty stroke, check the brake, clutch and operating part of the work

Check whether the transmission, connection, lubrication and other parts of the gantry punch and the protective safety device are normal, and do not move when installing the die screw.
