1、 Load capacity: limit the tonnage of output required for working to the nominal capacity of the punch. Oil pressure overload protection is a safe device to prevent stamping errors. Before operation, calculate the tonnage required for work in advance. During long-term blanking operation, please maintain the capacity of less than 70% to extend the life of the machine.

2、 Pressure capacity: it varies according to the stroke position of punch, "capacity stroke curve". When using gantry punch, the working tonnage shall be less than the stamping capacity shown in the curve, otherwise, it will damage the clutch.

3、 Energy capacity: the energy consumed by each stroke depends on the balance between the released energy of flywheel and the energy supplied by the motor in each cycle. Therefore, if the operation of exceeding "energy capacity" is carried out for a long time, the phenomenon of motor post trip will occur. In order to prevent this obstacle, it is necessary to operate under the condition of less than rated working energy.

In the process of designing the automatic feeding device, we understand that gantry punch is relatively sufficient in power. Therefore, in the application scheme of power source, we can use gantry punch to promote the normal operation of the feeding device. We use single chip microcomputer to form the automatic shutdown state in the design process, It can also realize the function of counting and the function of alarm when the material is not available. The automatic feeding device shall be designed as the existence of the rack during the design.
