The design principle of the punch press is to convert circular motion into linear motion. 4、 Analyze other reasons: punch speed, whether there are other causes of wear and eliminate.

5、 Machine review: maintenance of machining accuracy, calculation of load force, material requirements of all parts of the mold, setting of processing life and inspection and maintenance after stamping, mold management, tool microscope maintenance and correction, operation, training and assessment of quality inspectors, etc.

6、 Other processing methods: reduce the tension, reduce dust, reduce debris, etc.

7、 Instrument free inspection method: the tool microscope is used to analyze the material of punch metallography, saw blade, scratch and corrosion.

The friction coefficient of each mechanism of gantry punch is low, usually less than 0.03, low friction, prohibited process and good filtration system, which makes the gantry punch machine with good machining precision. In the process of the operation of the common punch, it is inevitable that the machine tool processing will be caused by vibration deviation due to its own structure, friction and anti shock.
