1. Punch machine body material: the punch machine body provides support, fixation and stability for the normal operation of the punch. The rigidity and stability of the fuselage have a great influence on the accuracy of the press. Punch body is generally processed by two processes: automatic punch supplier, steel plate welding and cast steel. The advantages of steel plate welding fuselage are the use of steel plate for welding, greater flexibility, easier processing than casting, and easier to meet the customized requirements of non-standard users.

The cast steel fuselage is cast by mould and integrated. Because of the casting processing method, it has a more special internal structure, which makes the fuselage absorb resonance better than steel plate welding fuselage. At the same time, because it is one-piece molding, the stability is stronger than the steel plate welding fuselage.

2. Excellent processing technology of punch press. Mechanical punch generally adopts gear and transmission shaft for transmission, so the machining accuracy of gear and the concentricity of shaft, the machining accuracy of shaft hole, the accuracy and wear resistance of bearing bush are also important factors affecting the accuracy of punch.

3. Accuracy of slide and guide of punch press. Sliding block is the direct working part of punch press, which is generally made of cast steel or forged steel by milling. The accuracy of slide and guide is a whole, and the main reasons affecting the accuracy of slide and guide are machining accuracy and assembly process.

4. Press slider balancing device. When the punch press is processing, the slide will fall down, and after the work is done, it will be affected by the reaction force of the die. The reaction force and the accuracy error of the guide rail will make the slide track have slight changes. After adding the slider balance device, the slider and the guide rail can keep parallel operation.

5. The accuracy of the bottom surface of the slide block and the worktable of the punch press. The upper die is installed on the bottom of the slider, and the lower die and other feeding and blanking equipment are installed on the workbench. Both worktables are made of cast steel or forged steel plate. After the completion of casting, the milling machine is used for milling, and then the surface grinder is used for grinding to ensure its accuracy. When assembling, it is necessary to use instruments to measure and adjust the errors in time.

6. Press installation environment and damping footings. During the installation of large tonnage punch, precision punch and high-speed punch, it is necessary to cast shockproof pit for installation. Different punch is poured according to the location of its installation hole pin. Shockproof footings are generally used for installation of small punch press.
