Maintenance of precision press:

2. When the new precision punch is used for 1 month, add some butter (including feeder) to the flywheel to keep it lubricated. In the future, it is necessary to add (grease with high temperature resistance of 1500 or more).

3. Replacement of circulating oil of machine: the new machine shall be replaced once in one month, and then every half year to ensure the normal operation and precision of the machine tool (32 # mechanical oil or Mobil 1405). Regular inspection of precision punch (daily inspection is recommended, or before use).
